Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-made and made to order. Each design is uniquely generated by AI for your specific order. Production begins immediately after order confirmation. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all products sold on My Case My Vibe are custom-made, no standard 14-day withdrawal right applies. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming products.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user or determined by your location. The applicable currency and final amount are clearly indicated at checkout before payment confirmation.

VAT may be included or calculated at checkout depending on your shipping address.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your payment method is charged in the currency displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Intellectual Property

AI-generated designs are created for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any design without prior written authorization. All trademarks, brand assets, and website content remain the exclusive property of LES FANTASTIQUES.

Content Policy

Our AI image generation tool is intended for creative and respectful use only. Any attempt to generate explicit, offensive, hateful, unlawful, or third-party rights-infringing content will be automatically rejected. We reserve the right to refuse processing any prompt that violates these principles, without obligation to provide justification. Misuse of the tool may result in suspension of access to the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LES FANTASTIQUES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruption, or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Créteil, France, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
